Applying our expertise in tactical computer systems, ChandlerMay is able to provide full turn-key systems support to the defense prime contractor and Government customer.
Over 350 ChandlerMay integrated C2 Shelters and Portable Ground Control Stations are in the field today.
ChandlerMay’s Large System Integration Division builds the Ground Control Shelters for the US Army Shadow™ and Gray Eagle Unmanned Aerial Systems – and provides computing systems and sub-components for the Pioneer and Hunter UAVs.
All systems, racks, cables, components, subassemblies, monitors, computers, recording electronics, and mechanical assemblies shown are built/procured, integrated, and tested by ChandlerMay, Inc.
Technical and Process Excellence
We incorporate the latest technologies into these shelters using our unique integration and test processes developed specifically for rugged systems. Our shelters use a wide range of ChandlerMay products and capabilities, including high-end embedded workstations, video processing, communications products as well as rugged systems packaging, cable fabrication and the latest in manufacturing processes.
We are experienced with gated development systems such as IPPD (Integrated Product and Process Development), and SCRUM for software development and maintenance. Our development procedures are tailored to clearly define user requirements, reduce risk level, and speed development.
ChandlerMay has a fully staffed engineering team experienced in multiple disciplines including communications (JTRS, MBITR, TCDL, etc…), video (H.264 and MPEG video compression), networking (DCGS, SIPRNET, Battle Command), software and rugged computing solutions for C4ISR ground-based systems.
